The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:11 pm.

Councillor Yacucha read the City of Langford's Territorial Acknowledgment.

M. Watmough, Corporate Officer, read the City of Langford's meeting conduct rules.

M. Dillabaugh, Director of Finance provided a brief overview of the 2025 budget meeting schedule. 

Mayor Goodmanson opened public participation at 1:17pm.

S. Rossander, Langford Resident - Item 5.1 - Speaker inquired about correspondence and questions sent to [email protected]. Speaker inquired about the budget survey results, interpretation of answers, and expressed concern about the ability to send multiple responses to the survey. 

Mayor Goodmanson closed public participation at 1:20pm. 

M. Dillabaugh, Director of Finance and B. Hutchins, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer responded to questions.
