In addition to the attached report, the Project Team from Changing Paces has also prepared a presentation regarding the July 2024 public engagement to be received at the meeting.

Committee Transition - Resident Representatives

Committee to discuss ad dates, promotional materials, the draft application form, and deadlines pertaining to the recruitment of resident representatives for the Capital West Accessibility Advisory Committee.

Host Municipality Switch Discussion

Committee to decide which partner municipality will host the Committee next as well as when this switch over is to occur.

Next Steps - Accessibility Plan

Committee to discuss plan content including:

• Individual sections (municipality specific) 
• Joint sections such as introduction and conclusion
• Design of the finished plan 
• Timelines for plan appearing before our respective Councils
